Position Title: Kitchen Manager (Cloud Kitchen)

About the Client:
Cloud kitchen in Dubai

Job Description:
• Responsible Ensure effective operation in; Quality, Speed and Accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Manage Kitchen Controls such as; labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, ordering on a daily basis
• Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation, security policies and procedures in line with the local municipality codes in the work place
• Support the Area Manager/S.K Manager with setting and achieving kitchen set goals and ensure food consistency
• Assist in continuing growth, training and development, retention and engagement of employees inside the kitchen
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and the kitchen staff
• Ensure efficient communication system through cycle meetings

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 years and below
• At least 3 years’ experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and culinary management
• Strong knowledge of food legislation, relevant codes of practice, quality standards, health and safety legislation
• Experience in at least 3 of the following cuisine: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Bakery
