Kitchen Manager - F&B - Retail Corporate - Dubai

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for delivering high quality food and related services whilst adhering to brand standards.

You will also be responsible for the entire back of house operations and contribute to brand profitability.

Requirements

In order to be a successful Assistant Kitchen Manager you should be a graduate in Culinary Arts or hospitality and have at least 3 years relevant experience. You should also possess good Knowledge of written and spoken English, Arabic would be an advantage, as well as excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
