Job description / Role
Kitchen Staff up to 1.5k Aed ++ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Supervisor
• Packaging customers' leftover food upon request
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis
Requirements
• POSITION: Kitchen Staff
• SALARY: up to 1,500 AED plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent / Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ASIAN nationalities
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma in High School or any related certification
• At least 1 year of similar work experience in an Asian restaurant
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in making dim sum is a MUST
