Job description / Role
Position Title: Kitchen Steward
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands
Job Role:
• Ensures that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly according to standard
• Monitors and reports necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the kitchen
• Coordinates kitchen maintenance related concerns with the management at all times
• Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment
• Adhering to all sanitation guidelines
• Reporting any maintenance or hazard issues to the management
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes and related service ware, following established procedures
• Must be able to maintain proper hygiene
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to any nationals
• Male or Female, 40 years old and below
• Diploma holder or any relevant certificates
• At least 2-3 years work experience in the same role preferably from casual/semi fine dining Turkish Restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to join on August 1, 2021
