Knowledge Engineer

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with an innovative artificial intelligence and technology company in the Middle East seeking for a Knowledge Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. We are ideally looking for someone who has strong experience in end-to-end design development and delivery of AI-enabled solutions.

As a Knowledge Engineer, you will:

- Design, develop, and implement knowledge graphs based on latest research
- Recommend solutions to new and existing challenges / areas for improvement
- Work with internal teams (e.g. engineering, product development)
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements

- MS or PhD with at least 2 years’ experience in similar role and capacity as a Knowledge Engineer or Ontology Engineer
- Experience in NLP, RDF stores, graph databases, RDF, Ontology Repositories, OWL, SPARQL, Semantic Services
- Experience in graph query languages and optimization, graph data indexing and storage
- Strong organization and analytical skills; can work in a multi-project, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with large information and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge in Python, Java
