Lab Technician

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC is a leading manufacturer of high-quality rubber belts, serving global markets with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical and chemical tests on rubber materials and products.
• Accurately record and analyze test results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Assist in product development trials and testing.
• Prepare test reports and maintain quality records.
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in the rubber or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with standard lab equipment (e.g., Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer, Hardness Tester).
• Understanding of ISO and ASTM testing standards.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
• ERP system experience is an added advantage.
