Lab Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and quality control, and supporting medical staff to provide reliable diagnostic results.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and specimens for testing.
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Record and analyze test results, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols and laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with medical personnel to interpret and report findings.
- Ensure inventory management of laboratory supplies and request restocking when necessary.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain accreditation standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Experience in Asphalt and Bitumen
- Experience in Concrete construction materials will be an advantage
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Lab Technician
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Holding UAE driving License
