Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Following up with Roche Diagnostics to ensure that set forecasts are achieved so as to ensure reaching the Co. Profitability.
• Setting in collaboration with Top Management, Corporate objectives, policy & procedures, to improve the company's image, within healthcare community, as well as principals.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing customers' agreement contracts in coordination with Roche Diagnostics.
• Ensure the ADRs and loans to customers and principal are covered timely.
• Preparing quotations ensuring the set margin is followed.
• Establishing and managing the achievement of ISO objectives/targets.
• Keeping strong relationship with the key opinion leaders and purchasing heads, at VIP accounts if needed.
• Monitoring the performance of subordinates, identifying and fulfilling their training needs and ensuring ISO objectives achievement.
• Preparing the job responsibilities for hiring and selecting candidates for the Lab A Division & responsible to appraise, manage, support, solve problems and coach the subordinates.
• Visit VIP customers, as when required, with or without the principal's company to recognize their needs, sort out their problems related to supplies or payment in order they reach full satisfaction.
• Attend with the principal regular monthly meetings to discuss matters related to logistics, ordering, marketing and suggested improvements for better performance.
• Stock management — by Inventory movement, stocks replenishment ordering to satisfy, principals requirements, and market needs. Monitoring stocks in different org. and giving approval for stock transfer as when required, so as to meet the customers' urgent needs. Control of stock ageing and discussing with principal for required suitable actions to deplete this ageing stock.
• Monitoring the stock transfer, requests, loans and their recovery by the Customer Service Coordinators.
• Closely follow up with logistics, finance, and IT for any issues that are needed to support and enhance operations.
• System updates with IT for new products, new principal's price lists and new MSL updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a management position in a multinational or local company in the field of laboratory reagents and equipment.
• Good experience in stock management to satisfy both principal requirements as well as market needs.
• Excellent literacy in computer applications, preferably ORACLE or SAP.
• Puts into practice values and behaviors that contribute to group effectiveness, performance and the achievement of team objectives.
• Is flexible and nimble in keeping up with customer needs and on the cutting edge of defining their next level of expectations and working to exceed them.
• Demonstrates the ability to integrate an understanding of sound business fundamentals within depth knowledge of our market and industry.
• Consistently strives to achieve challenging goals and objectives whether individually or through others.
• Respects and values the diversity among us and leverage our differences to enhance our performance and working environment.
• High level of communication skills, spoken and written.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Arabic Male / Female
• Age 35 – 50.
