Job description / Role
- Review the Tenders and RFQ's that we receive from the existing clients for Laboratory Instruments, Chemicals, Supplies and Disposables.
- Source the products from our principal and/or International/local suppliers.
- Prepare the Commercial and Technical Offers.
- Follow up the Contract with the clients in the vent of award.
- Liaise with our principals and prepare the orders for the local market (stock) and for the contracts with the clients.
- Follow up with the issuance of the required export and import license and any related licenses.
- Follow up with the logistic department the delivery to the customers the receipts of the goods, and finalized the gooods acceptance certificates. Follow up with the clients the payments of the orders.
- Recruiting the appropriate team to help with running the department.
Requirements
- Should be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years in experience in related fields (Preferably in an Oil and Gas Laboratory, Laboratory Chemicals and supplies trading, or similar fields)
- Good Knowledge of Laboratory Chemicals, supplies and instruments (mainly for Oil and Gas Laboratories)
- Good Knowledge of Commercial Terms and Command in preparing Bids
- Active Personality and a team player
