Laboratory Director

A growing Biotechnology company is actively recruiting a Laboratory Director for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as a key business partner to put in place initiatives and start process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's objectives.
- Oversee the budget ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance of analytical processes with applicable regulations.

- Open to Candidates willing to relocate to the UAE but must have previous experience in the UAE.
- Must have proven experience in a similar role within the Lab/Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Experience in growing laboratories in the UAE is essential.
- Good knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations.
- Strong network within the field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
