Laboratory Technician for an Oil and Gas Company in Uae
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To ensure that the process is optimised to deliver sales specification products for sales/exports.
• Ownership: General administration and operations of laboratory
• Support for Plant operation optimization
• HSE: Ensure compliance with the company standard (IM, CoW and Driving Standards)
• Production: Responsible for the quality assurance of all products
• Any other related tasks as assigned by your line manager
Requirements
• POSITION: Laboratory Technician
• SALARY: Depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Oil and Gas company
• WORK LOCATION: UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1 month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any candidates, preferably Filipino
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Open to candidates outside UAE
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge in Water and Oil Testing as per ASTM standard
• Well versed in operation of different laboratory instruments such as gas chromatographs, sulfur analyzer, etc.
• Well-experienced in oil and gas plant processes and operation
• Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi- national team
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be IT literate for most lab equipment are computerized
