Land Surveyor

Job description / Role

- Conduct site surveys and setting-out works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Liaise with consultant representatives to ensure all survey works meet project requirements and are approved as needed.
- Monitor the accuracy and functionality of survey equipment, ensuring valid calibration certificates are maintained.
- Maintain detailed logs of control points and survey work as the project progresses.
- Perform land surveys for identifying property boundaries and ownership, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for field measurement, layout, and data collection.
- Prepare and oversee initial baseline and control surveys, including the recovery and removal of survey monuments.
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate accurate As-Built drawing preparation and submission.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in the UAE.

Skills:
- Proficiency in surveying tools and software, including AutoCAD, Total Station, and GPS equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and survey techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities to liaise effectively with project teams and consultants.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
