Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the construction sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will utilize advanced technology and surveying methods to create precise project measurements, ensuring that all site plans are accurate and up to code. This role is crucial for the planning and execution of construction projects, and you will play a key part in ensuring that our developments are built with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and prepare accurate measurement reports for projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS systems) to carry out surveys with precision.
- Create and maintain land survey records, maps, and legal documents related to property line location and land development.
- Identify and resolve survey-related issues and discrepancies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during surveying procedures.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior surveyors and technicians as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of land surveying experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, with proficiency in software like AutoCAD and GIS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
