Land Surveyor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features to support construction projects, ensuring precision and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment to gather data on land contours, boundaries, and features.
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports and maps for use in construction planning.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate site information.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with local laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to guarantee accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land boundaries and property ownership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with surveying software and tools such as GPS, total stations, and GIS applications.
- Strong understanding of local surveying regulations and standards in the UAE.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.
