Land Surveyor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements, preparing accurate reports, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys and measurements using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Prepare and analyze survey records, maps, and reports to support construction planning.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize GPS and GIS technologies to gather and process spatial data efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards throughout surveying activities.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues related to land measurements during the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and GIS software.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, local land regulations, and safety practices in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and in varying outdoor conditions.
