Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Landscape Architect, With 4-8 Years Experience, 1 Month Contract/Project

- Works independently with support of senior staff guiding design and technical tasks
- Develops work plans in response to project requirements
- Provides design and technical guidance to junior staff
- Organizes and leads production of graphic presentations
- Identifies the need to prepare calculations and analysis
- Independently identifies areas of research in support of projects
- Assists with construction document preparation
- Prepares and revises drawings and renderings
- Organizes files, materials and displays

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4-8 years of Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Architecture or related experience
- Professional registration or certification preferred
- Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
- Ability to conceptualize design solutions
- Expert at graphic communication
- Superior ability with hand graphics
- Maintains effective communication with project team members
- Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, SketchUp and Revit preferred
