Job description / Role
• Client Relations.
• Project management (design development through construction administration).
• Cost estimates and proposal preparation.
• Technical knowledge and ability to produce construction documents, including: site details, materials selection, specification, grading, and planting plans.
• Excellent hand & computer graphic skills.
• Perform construction observation with knowledge of proper construction practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Ability to develop designs and create solutions from concept through construction detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to write proposals and attend interviews.
• Successful management of complex projects and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and mentor team members as appropriate
