Landscape Architect

Job description / Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Landscape Architect who will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces, selecting appropriate materials, creating detailed plans, and overseeing the successful execution of landscape projects. The role requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure design integrity and project success.

Responsibilities:
• Design outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and commercial landscapes
• Create detailed plans and drawings that reflect the project’s vision and specifications
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and features for landscape projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
• Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee the implementation of landscape designs to ensure design integrity is maintained
• Ensure all designs meet local regulations and environmental standards
• Make necessary revisions to plans based on client feedback or project changes

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a landscape architect
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Proficiency in CAD and other landscape design software
• In-depth knowledge of plant species, materials, and sustainable practices
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
