Job description / Role
- To work with the site team and also with concept design and development teams;
- To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects;
- Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline;
- Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities (you will not have any formal client or sales accountability); and May be required to supervise the work of other members of the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/construction/build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications coordinated with engineering and other disciplines;
- Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team;
- Experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use buildings; and
- Have experience in a variety of sectors including high-rise, hotel and leisure, transportation, retail or offices.
