We are now seeking an exceptional Landscape BIM Coordinator to join our award winning team based within our Dubai Office.

This critical role will be responsible for creating, collating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), to ensure information and coordination integrity in compliance with project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

- Creating Landscape BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Liaising with BIM Manager and represents Landscape division for all BIM related issues.
- Coordinating with other disciplines, Project Managers, Engineers, Architects and specialist consultants.
- Setting up project BIM files for use by all users on a project.
- Maintaining and updating file templates for Navisworks, Revit projects and Revit families.
- Monitoring BIM models for coordination and information integrity to ensure compliance with project deliverables and KEO company BIM standards.
- Attending project coordination meetings.
- Researching and testing new software and Revit add-ins to make recommendations to the Senior BIM Coordinator.
- Maintaining and sharing BIM libraries in collaboration with counterpart BIM Coordinators in other KEO offices.
- Contributing to developing KEO BIM standards and workflows for best practices.
- Contributing to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 Years of career experience with a Diploma in BIM Design.
