Position Title: Landscape Designer – High End Luxury Villa Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:
1. Create bespoke landscape concepts for gardens, courtyards, pools, terraces, and outdoor entertainment areas, incorporating modern outdoor living trends.
2. Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, renderings, BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications for premium finishes.
3. Conduct site visits, assess environmental conditions, and work closely with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
4. Oversee project implementation, select luxury materials, ensure sustainability and irrigation efficiency, and revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity.

1. Open to Indian or Arab nationals with 5 years of experience in the similar field, preferably aged 35 and below.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field, with experience in luxury villas or high-end residential projects.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools, with strong design sense and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple upscale projects simultaneously.

Salary:
AED 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: annual airline ticket
