Landscape Draftsman

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsman who will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans for landscape projects based on the architect's designs. The role requires ensuring that all drawings are accurate, clear, and meet project specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for landscape projects
• Translate architect’s designs into accurate and precise drafts
• Ensure that all drawings are aligned with project specifications and standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to review design requirements
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Ensure timely completion of all drafting assignments
• Assist in preparing documentation for permits and project approvals

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in landscaping or construction
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and technical specifications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings
• Ability to work with architects and project teams to meet design requirements
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
