Our client a diversified group is now recruiting for a Laundry Sales Manager

Job Purpose
Strategize, lead and implement a sales strategy for all product lines, with the overall objective of achieving revenue and profitability targets and enhancing the brand image with the specific focus on building and developing corporate relationships and expand market share in the hospitality sector.

Principal Accountabilities
• Strategic
• Define overall sales strategy for products and markets
• Define annual budget, quarterly targets and ensure timely delivery
• Process/Operational
• Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and support business development
• Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction, and submit monthly report to General Manager
• Maintain contact with corporate customers and track issue resolution lists
• Actively identifies client needs and ensures profitable solution
• Collect, analyze and communicate business intelligence
• Ensure marketing adherence to planning and execution of all campaigns, promotions
• Lead & direct customer satisfaction metrics, programs & policies
• Oversee and manage administration of sales team People
• Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of sales and marketing team to create a high performing talent pool

Requirements

• 7-8 years sales experience with 3-5 years of experience in business to business sales, corporate sales and relationship building (Key Account Management) in consumer industry
• Good people & communication skills, with ability to negotiate & close deals
• Strong sales & business development focus
• Experience in sales planning & customer service
• Strong professional, well-educated. MBA degree a plus
