Job description / Role
We are looking for a Shop Receptionist for a laundry shop in Dubai.
Job Summary
Provide first hand information mainly for customers about the service available. Coordinates pick-up and delivery. Ensures sales are properly accounted.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive calls and messages for inquiry and pick-up request.
- Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.
- Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers and customers.
- Provide first hand information to customers during inquiry and closing it for a sale.
- Sort laundry depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so.
- Submits daily booking report to Marketing Manager and Director.
- Confirm damages with the customers.
- Make track of customer accounts.
Salary: AED 2500
Requirements
Requirement
- Preferably Filipino
- Male, 23-30 years old.
- English language literacy should be average to excellent
- Sales experience and receptionist
