Marketplace WEE is a tech e-commerce startup that raises the standard for delivery speed from Next Day to Next Hour.

We save the time of purchase from the moment of choosing goods, with the help of adaptive delivery, until the moment the client receives the order within 1-2 hours of any goods that we wear, eat and use in everyday life.

The WEE team consists of more than 70 people who work in 9 departments, and they are led by experts from large logistics, courier, IT companies, experienced marketplace sellers and project founders with experience in building their own companies.

We are currently looking for a lawyer to join the Dubai office team.
Important! We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in three languages:
- Russian
- English
- Arabic.

A candidate who has lived in the UAE for at least 3 years and is well acquainted with the legal aspects of doing business in the UAE.

Key responsibilities:
- Development and conclusion of employment contracts, registration of work and family visas for company employees,
- Development of contracts for conducting commercial activities (purchase and sale, offer, contracts with contractors, etc.),
- Evaluation of contracts of contractors (logistics, courier services, etc.),
- Risk assessment and recommendations for minimizing them under work contracts, employment contracts, etc.,
- Registration of intellectual property rights to trademarks,
- Representation of the interests of the company in state bodies,
- Management consulting on legal issues.

Working conditions:
- Registration in a legal entity in the city of Dubai,
- Issuance of a work visa,
- Working week 5/2,
- Fixed salary + performance bonuses

Requirements

- Knowledge of local laws
- Knowledge of the peculiarities of local processes in the legal and business parts,
- The ability to find solutions in difficult situations and argue your point of view,
- Developed communication and negotiation skills to obtain the best conditions for business.
