We are looking for an experienced legal professional to provide expert legal advice, support, and representation to our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, while also proactively managing legal risks. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding business operations and compliance issues.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the FMCG sector.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and handle disputes effectively.
- Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal matters as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments that impact the FMCG sector.
- Train and educate employees on legal compliance and best practices.

- Law degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law in the UAE.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and disputes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
