We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and labour contract law, with an ability to provide expert legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and represent clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on commercial and labour contract issues to clients.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations related to commercial and labor disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze case law, and stay updated on changes in legislation affecting commercial and labor contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of legal strategy with business objectives.
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, memos, and reports, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on compliance issues and legal standards.

- Jurisdictional qualification to practice law in the UAE, with a focus on commercial and labour law.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial and labour contract law, preferably within a law firm or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and commercial regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proficient in drafting a wide range of legal documents and contracts, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in representing clients in court or arbitration settings is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
