Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of construction-related matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company's interests in all contractual and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance on construction contracts, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations relevant to the construction industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including joint venture agreements, subcontractor agreements, and procurement contracts.
- Manage and resolve legal issues arising from project execution and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to mitigate legal risks.
- Support the company’s compliance and governance policies within the construction domain.

- Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC
- Experience in Real Estate and Construction field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
