Job description / Role

This is a full-time on-site role of a Business Lawyer at Dar Al Mehairi real estate in Dubai. A real estate
lawyer specializes in legal matters related to property transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and
developing real estate. They provide legal advice and representation to group entities, ensuring
compliance with laws and regulations, and protecting their interests throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:
- Advise group entities on legal aspects of real estate transactions, tenancy contracts, bounced cheques
and other operational issues.
- Review and draft legal documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements and other commercial
agreements.
- Resort to legal recourse for collecting bounced cheques and other accounts receivables from defaulting
tenants and other customers.
- Follow up on the tenants in a systematic way to collect the bounced cheques and open case in RDC for
recovering receivables without any delay.
- Represent the company in RDC for all cases related to non-payment of rent, non-renewal of tenancy
contracts, eviction and cases related to violation of the clauses in the tenancy contracts.
- Support other internal departments in completing new leasing, lease renewal, vacating process and
collection processes.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws & regulations and other relevant laws to provide
professional legal guidance to the company

-Bachelors degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous experience in real estate law or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate practices, regulations, and market trends.

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
