Lawyer Returning to Australia - Corporate 3-6 years PQE
An excellent position is now available for a mid-level Lawyer who is looking to advance their career in a broad Corporate & Commercial practice within a highly regarded national firm.
Reporting to 2 Partners, you will be involved in matters including Corporate governance and compliance, general commercial contractual agreements, takeovers, start-ups, foreign investment, private treaty acquisitions, corporate structuring and capital management.

Requirements
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous relevant experience of working in top to mid-tier firm;
- Between 3 to 6 years PQE;
- Must have recent and local experience;
- Possess commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships.
