Lead Accountant

Job description / Role

Position Title: Lead Accountant
Employment Type: Full -time
Salary: Up to AED 6,500 (based on experience and interview performance)
Job Location: Dubai – JLT (near Sobha Metro)

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Lead Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full cycle of accounting.
2. Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing.
3. Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables.
4. Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets.
5. Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks.
6. Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
7. Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws.
8. Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons.
9. Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results.
10. Provide cross-functional admin support when required.

1. Fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon, or Bisaya
2. Lifestyle: Non-smoker
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4. Must have prior office and accounting experience
