Lead Architect

My client a leading Architectural Consultancy in Dubai requires a Senior Architect or Lead Architect to join their vibrant team.

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a minimum of eight years' experience in the architectural industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the architectural design process from concept to completion.
- Manage and mentor junior architects, providing technical guidance and design mentorship.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and project budgets.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Strong design skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in the Middle East construction industry.
- Must be proficient in Revit.
