Lead Architect

Job description / Role

Randstad is working with an international architecture and engineering design firm in the search for a Lead Architect to join the team and help deliver some of the most prestigious luxury developments in the UAE.

As the Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-profile residential and hospitality projects in the UAE. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, oversee technical design processes, and ensure the highest standards of innovation and quality. We are looking for some with excellent coordination experience with the ability to lead a small team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and technical delivery of large-scale residential and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to meet and exceed project expectations.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and designers.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in technical design and delivery of luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale developments, ideally in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software and BIM processes.
- Excellent understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Salary:
AED 28,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
