What you'll be doing

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about organizational change and human-centric transformation.

  • Strategic Change Leadership:
    • Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformations (digital, mergers, workforce transitions, etc.)
    • Align change initiatives with business strategy, leadership priorities, and customer expectations
    • Define the case for change, identify organizational impacts, and mitigate adoption risks
    • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and real-time course corrections
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement strategies to secure executive sponsorship
    • Build and manage Change Networks, empowering leaders and employees to be change champions
    • Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies that enhance employee experience and drive adoption
    • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to align people, process, and technology changes
  • Training & Workforce Enablement:
    • Conduct learning needs analysis and develop personalized learning journeys to upskill employees
    • Design and deploy blended learning solutions, including digital learning, workshops, and gamification
    • Embed change resilience, leadership coaching, and capability-building programs into transformation efforts
  • Sustainability & Performance Measurement:
    • Define success metrics (KPIs) and adoption tracking methodologies
    • Use pulse surveys and data analytics to assess change effectiveness
    • Implement continuous improvement frameworks, ensuring lasting business impact
    • Manage change risks, employee resistance, and cultural transformation challenges

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in change management consulting, transformation, or HR strategy
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey's 7S, agile change models)
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs (digital, ERP, mergers, restructuring, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Experience in executive coaching, leadership alignment, and cultural change initiatives
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, manage ambiguity, and drive results
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, storytelling, and facilitation skills
  • Certification in Prosci, Change Management Institute (CMI), or Agile methodologies
  • Background in people analytics, behavioral science, or human-centered design
