Lead Diver

Job description / Role

Lead diving operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient execution of diving tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute diving operations.
• Ensure compliance with diving regulations and standards.
• Conduct pre-dive briefings and post-dive debriefings.
• Monitor diving conditions and safety.
• Manage diving equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and review diving plans and procedures.
• Conduct diving inspections and audits.
• Contribute to the development of diving policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Advanced level diving certifications (e.g., Rescue Diver, Wreck Diver).
• Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a diving supervisor or leader.
