Job description / Role
JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Generation Intern will support the sales and marketing teams by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This role involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and assisting in outreach campaigns. The intern will also track and analyze lead data to improve conversion rates, gaining practical experience in customer acquisition and business development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify potential leads based on target audience criteria.
- Build and maintain a database of leads using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Qualify leads through online research and pre-screening methods.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation strategies.
- Support email outreach campaigns, including personalization and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of lead generation activities.
- Assist in improving processes for more efficient prospecting and outreach.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid UAE residence visa.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting techniques.

REPORTING AND DIMENSION:
- Position reports to Group Managing Director.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
Salary:
AED
1,500 to 2,400
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
