Job description / Role

This opportunity is with TGC Consulting.

• Proactively identify and research potential clients, target markets, and key industry trends to generate new business leads.
• Utilize various channels and tools including email, phone calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional databases, and industry events to prospect and engage potential leads.
• Conduct cold outreach (calls and emails) to establish contact and gauge interest in our products/services.
• Develop and maintain a targeted list of prospects and key contacts within the target organizations.
• Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the sales pipeline.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company and offerings to potential customers.
• Handle initial inquiries and provide essential information about the company.
• Nurture early-stage leads to keep them engaged until they are ready for a sales conversation.
• Accurately track all lead generation activities, prospect information, and qualification status i
• Maintain a clean and updated database of prospects.
• Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development to management.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and lead hand-off processes.
• Contribute to the refinement of lead generation scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market competition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
