KBR is looking for Lead Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) Engineer for a PMC project to be based in- Abu Dhabi UAE

Job Purpose:

- Provide technical expertise on all engineering subject matters about Instrument/ Control System Engineering and design of green field LNG plant.
- Coordinate and interface with other Technical Disciplines and contractors/ consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Instruments & Control engineering design execution and integrity.
- Perform troubleshooting of process control, optimization, and plant information problems and maintain high availability of the systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Control System/Instrumentation or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience in Control/Automation/Instrumentation related to LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industry out of which at least 5 years in a control system design/engineering experience with EPC organisation.
- 2 years in similar position
- Conversant with material specifications, standards and certifications
- Good knowledge of Control and Safety Systems, Automation network design and cyber security
- Good organizing ability
- Strong Coordination and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good Team building skills.
- Good interpersonal and influencing ability.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Professional Certifications
- Any relevant certificate would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Understanding and working knowledge of Functional Safety Management and the application of IEC 61508 & IEC 61511, ISA 99 for cyber security.
