Job purpose

Provide strategic leadership for interface management across FEED and detail engineering projects in the oil & gas sector.

Define interface management processes, standards, and deliverables to ensure seamless coordination between disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, reliability) and external stakeholders.

Identify, track, and mitigate interface risks to protect project scope, schedule, cost, and safety.

Mentor interface engineers, drive quality, and ensure timely resolution of interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Experience

15+ years of experience in FEED and detail engineering and EPCM experience in the oil & gas industry.

ADNOC EPC/PMC experience is highly desirable.

Demonstrated track record delivering robust interface management on FEED and detail projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field.

Professional membership or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-RMP) are a plus.

Certification related to interface management or project controls is advantageous.
