Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide quality beverages and food products to all customers in adherence to set recipes, presentation standards and health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure that the staff prepare packaged items such as vegetables, yogurt and frozen fruits
- Oversee staff schedules and perform store operations as per shifts assignments while organizing opening/closing duties
- Create a supportive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely coaching and constructive feedback to staff in order to improve their performance
- Follow all cash management/register policies and ensure proper cash related practices are followed by the involved shift team
- Enforce positive performance while reporting any misbehaviors to the hierarchy


- High School Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within F&B operations
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to details: level 4
- Commercial Understanding: level 3
