Lead Planner

Job description / Role

1st tier Main Contractor has a requirement for a project based Lead Planner on a newly awarded new build scheme encompassing mixed leisure and retail development. project is circa AED550m and has just commenced mobilization. Construction detail include structural steel frame, reinforced concrete sections and intricate external cladding.

Requirements

The role of the Lead Planner is required throughout the full course of the project and experience from structural elements through to finishes is therefore required.

Any applicants must:
• Be engineering degree qualified
• Possess a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
• Have a track record of working with reputed build main contractors during their career
• Will have experience of working within the GCC construction market having undertaken and completed ideally 2no projects in the region
• Have performed the duties of a Lead Planner on projects in excess of AED300m
• Be fully conversant with modern planning and programming software and microsoft products
