Lead Planner

Job description / Role

Duties:
- To lead all planning activities related to major construction and build projects.
- You will be required to work in-line with but not limited to the below scope of work:
- Develop and agree with the client/consultant the verification of the baseline programme.
- Produce and manage the development of high level and detailed construction programmes including short term programmes for all subcontractors.
- Produce and manage fully resourced and cost loaded programmes.
- Ensure that all programmes are fully updated, as necessary, and as a minimum, monthly, site teams to measure progress against programme.
- Monthly progress reporting and update of programme.
- Cash-flow forecast and Management

Requirements

- Degree Qualified ideally.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction planning
- Previous Middle East experience in an International Main Contractor is desirable.
- Must be living in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
