Our newest opportunity is for a talented Lead Plumbing/HVAC Engineer (Design) to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE .

This position is responsible for leading the design process on one or several projects depending on size, type and complexity. The requirement includes applying sound engineering principles in the development of design solutions and the production of contract documentation and providing direct instructions, guidance and oversight of all tasks conducted by engineers assigned to work on the respective projects.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Designing HVAC services/ systems for Buildings.
- Preparing Designs, HVAC, Plaumbing and Fire fighting
- HVAC space planning.
- Preparing of HVAC plans/ layouts, schematics. equipment schedules, construction details and specifications.
- Coordinating with other services and trades.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction supervision of Mechanical/HVAC services with some design experience, partnered with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.

High experience and knowledge of HVAC related calculations and software, duct & pipe sizing for HVAC services, fan & pump pressure drop calculations

High level of proficiency in BIM+AutoCAD, HAP Cooling Load Software and Microsoft Office.

Registration to the Saudi Council of Engineers is highly regarded.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate international project experience, with Middle East project experience preferred.
