Lead / Senior Interior Designer

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our thriving international architectural design practice in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including high-end residential, hospitality (F&B), and commercial sectors.
* Develop strong conceptual designs and carry them through to detailed construction documentation.
* Create stunning client presentations that effectively communicate design intent and project vision.
* Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive and creative team environment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and a wide range of materials to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.

* 9-13 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
* A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
* A stunning portfolio showcasing your conceptual design skills and experience across various sectors.
* Proven experience in the Middle East region and familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards.
* Strong client presentation abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Experience working in a large international practice on big-scale projects is a plus.
