About the Client:
One of the leading markets for trading securities; including shares issued by public joint stock companies, bonds issued by governments or corporations, exchange traded funds, and any other financial instruments approved by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

Job Description:
• Lead the development and implementation of the settlements and payments strategy ensuring alignment to the overall client strategy
• Monitor the activities of Settlement functions ensuring adherence to timelines, transparency, and operational efficiency
• Research plus review more complicated corporate action events using database system
• Identify all eligible holders, develop, and ensure to distribute notifications related to corporate market events complex in nature
• Resolve all discrepancies, ensure to take action on everyday matters as well as inquiries from all external clients plus internal departments

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationality
• 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management, Business Economics, or Finance/Accounting/Statistics, or any related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the similar role, preferably in securities exchange, brokerage firms or reputable financial institution
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
