Job description / Role
Client is an International Architectural Consultancy are currently seeking a Lead Site Architect to work on a High-rise Tower project based in Dubai.
The scope of the role will be managing the on site team of Architects and Engineers, liaising with the contractor and Client and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be educated from a Western University
- 15 to 20 years work experience
- Must be based in the Middle East ideally the UAE
- High-rise Tower experience is essential
- Understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations advantageous
