This role is central to driving Emiratisation through structured programmes such as Graduate Trainee, Scholarship, and Summer Training schemes. This role is based in Al Taweelah.

Description

* Lead the attraction, onboarding, and development of UAE Nationals through early careers programmes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality intake and seamless onboarding
* Represent the organisation at career fairs and national outreach events to promote Emiratisation initiatives
* Analyse programme effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes
* Ensure continuous engagement and retention of national talent through coaching and structured development

* UAE National with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Emiratisation
* Proven success in managing graduate or early-career programmes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and programme management skills
* Adept at using the NAFIS portal for sourcing candidates
* Excellent communication and data reporting capabilities (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency)
* Previous team management experience is preferred.
