What we are looking for in you
Are you a learning professional capable of driving agile and empowered culture by nurturing and developing the Servant Leaders of the future through Leadership and Talent Development Programmes? We are seeking a colleague with substantial leadership and talent development experience in complex organizations across diverse markets and cultures. The purpose of this role is to strategically align and enhance the leadership capabilities through the design, development, delivery and effectiveness measurement of best practice business leadership and talent development programmes and practices that will strengthen our leadership bench strength and create a robust talent pipeline to meet our current and future needs.

What you’ll do & what you need to succeed
• In collaboration with the Group Learning and Development Manager, People Partners, Talent Management, and business stakeholders, initiate, develop, and implement Leadership and Talent Development strategies across the business.
• Design and implement Leadership and Talent Development frameworks, programmes, and activities to position the Leadership Academy, and Chalhoub University overall, as a strategic partner in developing leaders of the future for the Group.
• In line with the Group strategy, Behaviours for Success, employee & business unit needs and industry best practices, design and deliver best in class Talent Development interventions to support the talent readiness and mobility in line with Job Families and Career pathways.
• Develop internal individual and team coaching capabilities through identifying and developing internal coaching framework and necessary talent, building, and sustaining the internal coach pool to serve various levels of leadership.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, relevance, and impact of the programmes, for continuous improvement as well as making recommendations to enhance the Group’s Talent identification, development, and retention

Requirements

• Regularly and proactively provide Leadership & Talent development analytics regarding trends/best practices internationally and regionally.
• Support the Chalhoub University and wider People and Culture teams in embedding digital DNA in the Leadership and Talent population of the Group.
• Identify and use innovative L&D methods and tools to activate team building and development initiatives to achieve long-term business goals.
• Build collaborative working relationships with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts and HR team members to embed Leadership and Talent Development into the Company culture, across the markets and functions.
• Offer comprehensive internal Leadership and Talent Development consultancy service to senior management, key business stakeholders and People Partner teams.
• Implement and enhance Group’s executive education strategy and policy in partnership with the current and potential best in class business schools.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in HR/Business/Psychology/ Education/ Learning & Development
• Internationally recognised coaching and assessment certifications
• Be an expert in the curation of appropriate content for digital and in-person delivery, well versed in the use of LMS or LXP, or software systems eg articulate storyline, Rise 360.
