Learning & Development Coordinator

We are looking for a member of our team who can lead the learning and development of the Heartists, assist the day-to-day operations of Talent & Culture, who can quickly spread a culture that indicates exceptional service, and one who is eager to show the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of learning passion to ensure Movenpick Jumeirah Beach is the best place to work for all of our Heartists!

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the T&C Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Creates and executes a high level onboarding experience for new Heartists
- Conducts TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
- Plans with property business strategy, revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Develops learning programs to meet hotel needs
- Analyzes results using indicators defined at brand level and identifies the hotel's specific aims
- Coordinates with the Hygiene, T&C, Security Lead for the implementation of all Training Programs according to brand requirements and training needs
- Coordinate and monitors the hotel's training plans
- Maintains a monthly and yearly training calendar
- Supports T&C Manager in identifying internal and external training resource & managing the training budget
- Provides support and development of Departmental Trainers and ensure compliance and consistency
- Provides INES (Accor T&C system) system guidance to users
- Leads the Internship Program throughout the hotel
- Maintains accurate training records of all Heartists
- Prepares report as required
- Assists the implementation of policies and procedures related to training
- Measures training effectiveness
- Assists in the administration of Heartist relations activities
- Carries out any other tasks at T&C as assigned

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum of 3 years in an International hotel chain experience, 1-2 years in the role
- Must be proficient in INES, Microsoft Office and other related systems
- Proficiency in the English language is a must (verbal and written)
- Significant degree of creativity
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to organize workflow
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
