Learning And Development (L&D) Lead - UAE National

About the Role:
One of the leading entities in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced UAE National for the role of Learning & Development Lead on a short-term interim project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in L&D, with strong expertise in Performance Management frameworks and hands-on knowledge of SAP Performance Management Modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee performance management processes aligned with business goals.
• Leverage SAP Performance Management Module to streamline and enhance employee performance tracking and evaluation.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop L&D strategies tailored to organizational objectives.
• Partner with leadership teams to build a high-performance culture and embed best practices.
• Deliver workshops, coaching, and support for managers and employees on performance management tools and methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and performance initiatives, recommending improvements as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP Performance Management Module is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver performance management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on a short-term, fast-paced project with immediate availability.

Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals)

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
